Article 25.11: Prosecutor

1. The Prosecutor, within the limits of his or her powers, may: (1) initiate proceedings in an administrative offence; (2) participate in the administrative offence case, by submitting a complaint to the Public Prosecutor; :: Provide evidence, make motions, give opinions on matters arising during the hearing of the case; (3) object to the decision in the administrative offence case without prejudice 2. The prosecutor shall be informed of the place and time of the administrative offence, and shall be informed of the place and time of the administrative offence. In addition to the administrative offences initiated by the prosecutor, the State party notes with concern that the State party has failed to provide sufficient information on the nature of the offences committed by the State party.
