Article 29.1.3: Legal effect of evidence obtained in the territory of a foreign State

Evidence obtained in the territory of a foreign State by its officials during the execution of their request for legal assistance in cases of administrative offences or sent to the Russian Federation in the annex to the instructions for administrative prosecution in accordance with the international treaties of the Russian Federation or on the basis of reciprocity, certified and Transferred in accordance with the established procedure shall have the same legal effect as if they had been obtained in the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of this Code.
