Article 559. Infringement of the procedure for the consideration of citizens ' communications

Violation of the procedure established by Russian law for the consideration of communications from citizens, associations of citizens, including legal persons, officials of State bodies, of local governments, State and municipal institutions and other organizations entrusted with public functions, except in the cases provided for by the Constitution 539.5.63 of the present Code is subject to an administrative fine of between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles.
