Article 5.61. Insult

1. Insult, i.e. humiliation of the honour and dignity of another person in an indecent or other contrary manner to generally accepted moral and moral norms, entails the imposition of an administrative offence A fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 roubles for citizens; between 30,000 and 50,000 roubles for officials; and between 100,000 and 200,000 roubles for legal entities. Sympathy contained in a public speech, a publicly demonstrated work or the media, or committed in public by means of information and telecommunications x networks, including the Internet, or for several persons, including those not individually identified, are subject to an administrative fine of between 5,000 and 10 tons. 3.
