Article 7.20: Free access to and/or use of centralized water supply and drainage systems

Self-involvement in and/or use of centralized water supply and drainage systems, if these acts do not constitute a criminal offence, — An administrative fine of between 10,000 and 15,000 roubles shall be imposed on citizens; on officials between 30,000 and eighty thousand roubles; on legal persons: From 100,000 to 200,000 rubles.
