Article 7.21: Violations of the rules governing the use of accommodation: Self-renovation and (or) alteration of the premises in a multi-family building

1. Damage to or damage to housing facilities or misuse of accommodation shall be punishable by a warning or an administrative fine of one thousand or more citizens. Two thousand to three thousand rubles for officials; twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles for legal entities. The planning of the apartment building, unless otherwise established by article 9.23 of the present Code, is subject to an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 2 citizens. Five hundred rubles; for officials, between 4,000 and 5,000 rubles; for legal persons, between 40,000 and 50,000 rubles. Under this article, persons who engage in business activities without the establishment of a legal person are subject to administrative liability as legal persons.
