Article 9.5.2 Violation of the deadline for the transmission of documents, materials or information on them to public information systems for urban development

Violation by public authorities, local self-government bodies, organizations that have accepted, approved and issued documents, of materials to be placed or identified x are to be placed in the state information systems for urban development in accordance with the Civil Construction Code of the Russian Federation, with a time frame corresponding to the target date. Circulating documents, materials or information relating to them to the local authorities of urban districts and local self-government bodies responsible for the management of such public information systems In the case of municipalities or the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (the State budgetary institutions under their authority), for which the territories are accepted, are approved, issued the said documents and materials are subject to an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 30,000 rubles for officials and 100,000 roubles for legal entities. It’s up to 300 thousand rubles.
