Article 9.6: Violations of the rules governing the use of nuclear energy and the accounting of nuclear materials and radioactive substances

1. Violations of the rules and regulations relating to the use of nuclear energy are punishable by an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 3,000 rubles for citizens; and 20 rubles for officials. 2. Violation of the established procedure of accounting Nuclear materials or radioactive substances, and failure to monitor their storage and use, are subject to an administrative fine of four citizens. For officials, between 30,000 and 40,000 rubles or disqualification for a period of one to one and a half years; for legal persons, between three hundred thousand and four thousand rubles. 3. Gross violation of the rules and regulations relating to the use of nuclear energy is punishable by an administrative fine of between 40,000 and 50 tons. 1. Under gross violation of the rules and regulations on confessions, the State party is requested to provide information on the number of persons who have been subjected to torture or ill-treatment, including the number of persons who have been subjected to torture or ill-treatment. 2. The use of nuclear energy is understood to be a violation that has caused an immediate threat to human life or health and the environment. Serious violations of the rules and regulations governing the use of nuclear energy do not apply in the Zaporozh region until 1 January 2028.
