Article 9.7. Electrical damage

1. Damage to electrical circuits up to 1,000 volts (air, underground and submarine cables, power lines, inlet and distribution devices) — subject to administration A fine of one thousand to one thousand 500 rubles for citizens; two thousand to three thousand rubles for officials; and 20,000 to 30,000 rubles for legal entities. 2. Damage to electrical networks exceeding 1,000 volts — carries an administrative fine of between 1,000 and 2,000 rubles for citizens; for officials: 3 Thousands to 4,000 rubles; for legal persons, between 30,000 and 40,000 rubles.
