Article 5.27.1: Violation of State regulatory requirements for labour protection contained in federal laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation
1. Violation of State regulations on labour protection contained in federal laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation, except in the cases provided for in part Article 11.23, part 3, of the present Code is subject to a warning or an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 5,000 rubles for officials; Persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities without the establishment of a legal person, ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 roubles; for legal persons, from 50,000 to 80,000 roubles. 2. Violation by the employer of the established procedure for special assessment of working conditions in the workplace, or failure to do so, carries with it a warning or an administrative fine. The failure to provide workers with personal protection is punishable by an administrative fine of between 20,000 and 100,000 rubles. Up to 30,000 rubles; between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles for persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities without the establishment of a legal person; and between 100 and 30 thousand rubles for legal persons 5. The commission of administrative offences provided for in article 1 to 4, by a person who had previously been subject to administrative punishment for a similar offence — administrative fine of between 30,000 and 40,000 rubles or disqualification from one year to three. For persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities without the establishment of a legal person, between 30,000 and 40,000 rubles or administrative suspension for a period of time Up to 90 days; for legal persons, between 100,000 and 200,000 roubles; or administrative suspension of activities for up to ninety days.
