Article 185: Guarantees to employees sent for medical examination and (or) compulsory psychiatric examination
For the duration of the medical examination and (or) mandatory psychiatric examination of employees under this Code, other legal instruments which contain the rules of labour law, to undergo such examination and (or) inspection, the place of work (position) and average earnings at the place of work shall be retained.
