Article 209.1. Fundamental principles of occupational safety

The main principles of occupational safety are: prevention and prevention of hazards; minimization of damage to workers ' health; and prevention and prevention of hazards. means that the employer must systematically implement measures to improve working conditions, including eliminating or reducing occupational risks or preventing their increase. The number of occupational risk levels or the prevention of increases in occupational risk levels is set out in the indicative list set out in part three of article 225 of the present Code.
