Article 237. Recovery of moral injury to an employee
The moral injury caused to the employee by the employer ' s unlawful acts or omissions shall be compensated in cash to the employee in the amount determined by the agreement of the parties to the employment contract. In the event of a dispute, the fact that an employee has suffered moral harm and the amount of compensation shall be determined by the court, irrespective of the property damage to be compensated.
