Article 244. Written contracts on full liability of employees

Written contracts on full individual or collective (brigade) liability (article 243, part one, paragraph 2, of the present Code), i.e., compensation to the employer of the injured person On the full extent of the loss of property entrusted to employees, workers who have reached the age of 18 years and who directly serve or use money may be liable for damage. The lists of work and categories of workers with which the said contracts may be concluded, as well as the model forms of the said contracts, shall be approved by the Federal Organization. of the executive branch responsible for formulating and implementing State labour policy and regulatory regulation, taking into account the opinion of the Russian Tripartite Commission and to regulate social and labour relations.
