Article 275. Conclusion of an employment contract with the head of an organization

A contract of employment with the head of the organization may be concluded for an indefinite period or by agreement of the parties for a specified period (term contract of employment), in accordance with the happiness of article 2 9 of the present Code: In the event that, in accordance with the happiness of article 59, paragraph 2, of the present Code, a fixed-term employment contract is concluded with the head of the organization, the term of the employment contract shall be fixed-term. The labour law and other legal instruments containing labour law or constituent legislation prior to the establishment of the labour law shall be determined by the constituent documents of the organization or by agreement of the parties. The organization may establish procedures prior to the conclusion of an employment contract with the organization ' s head (the conduct of a competition, election or appointment to a position, etc.).
