Article 276. Work of the head of the organization on a part-time basis
The head of the organization may work in conjunction with another employer only with the authorization of the authorized body of the legal entity or the owner of the property of the organization or with the authorization of the competent authority. The head of the organization may not be a member of the bodies responsible for the supervision and control of the organization.
