Article 285. Compensation for work of persons working on a part-time basis
The remuneration of persons working on a part-time basis shall be proportional to the time worked, depending on the work performed or on other conditions specified by the employment contract. In the case of persons working on a part-time basis with time pay, the normalized tasks are paid on the basis of the final results for the amount of work actually performed. In the areas where regional coefficients and wage supplements are established, wages are paid on the basis of these rates and allowances.
