Article 299. Watch hours
The total time taken to complete the work on the site and the period of inter-shift rest shall be calculated and shall not exceed one month. The duration of the watch may be extended by the employer to three months, taking into account the opinion of the elected body of the primary trade union organization, in accordance with the procedure established by article 372 of the present Act.
