Article 330.3 Medical examinations of workers engaged in underground work

Underground work is performed after a compulsory medical examination, and underground workers are required to undergo medical examinations at the beginning of the working day (shifts), as well as During and (or) at the end of the working day (shifts) (art. 220, para. 3, of the present Code), the employer is obliged to organize medical examinations at the beginning of the working day (shifts) for each slave. Medical examinations of workers in underground work at the beginning of the working day (shifts) and during and (or) at the end of the working day (shifts) are determined by the federal authority in the field of health, taking into account the opinion of the Russian Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations.
