Article 313. Guarantees and compensation for persons working in areas of the Far North and their equivalent
State guarantees and compensation for persons working in areas of the Far North and their equivalent are established by this Code, other federal laws and other regulations. Additional guarantees and compensation for such persons may be established by laws and other regulatory acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, but by the legal acts of local self-government bodies, collective agreements, agreements, local regulations based on the financial capacity of the relevant Russian entities Federation, local governments and employers.
