Article 349: Regulation of the work of persons employed in organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies and federal State bodies in which the law is applied The Russian Federation provides for military service, as well as for employees performing alternative civilian service in lieu of military service

Workers who have entered into an employment contract for military units, institutions, military educational organizations for higher education and military professional education organizations, and organizations of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies and federal State bodies, in which the legislation of the Russian Federation provides Labour legislation and other acts containing labour law shall apply to employees performing alternative civilian service in lieu of military service. In accordance with the tasks of the organs, institutions and organizations of the Russian Federation, and with the special characteristics set out in this Code, other federal laws and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation. Special conditions of remuneration as well as additional benefits and benefits shall be established for employees as referred to in part one of this article.
