Article 389. Enforcement of decisions of the Labour Commission

The decision of the labour commission shall be enforced within three days of the expiry of the ten days provided for in the appeal. The commission shall issue a certificate to the employee, which shall be the executive document. The employee may apply for a certificate within one month of the date of the decision of the comis. In the event that an employee fails to do so for good reasons, the labour dispute commission may re-establish this period. On the basis of a certificate issued by the labour dispute commission and presented no later than three months, the employer filed a complaint for the transfer of the labour dispute to the court within the prescribed time limit. On the date of its receipt, the bailiff shall enforce the decision of the labour commission. For valid reasons, the labour dispute commission that issued the certificate can restore this period.
