Article 100: Compulsory observation and treatment of a psychiatrist in outpatient conditions

The compulsory supervision and treatment of a psychiatrist in outpatient conditions may be ordered if the grounds laid down in article 97 of the present Code are met if the person is mentally ill. The condition does not require a medical organization providing psychiatric care in in-patient settings.
