Article 29. Completed and unfinished crimes

1. The offence shall be deemed to have been completed if the act committed by the person contains all the elements of the offence provided for in this Code. 2. 3. Criminal liability for an unfinished offence falls under the article of this Code providing for liability for a completed offence. a crime, with reference to the 30th Code.
