Article 65: Sentencing in a jury verdict of condescension
1. A person found guilty of an offence by a jury but deserving of clemency may not be sentenced to more than two thirds of the maximum term or amount If the relevant article of the Special Part of this Code provides for the death penalty or life imprisonment of freedom, 2. In the case of the imposition of a fine, the penalty shall not be imposed and shall be imposed within the limits of the penalty provided for in the relevant article of the Special Part of the present Code. 4. When imposing a penalty, the penalty shall be imposed in accordance with the rules laid down in articles 69 to 70 of the present Code. A person found guilty of a crime by a jury, but deserving of pardon, shall not be considered for aggravating circumstances.
