Article 56.1. Prohibition of debt work
Borrowing work is prohibited. Work performed by an employee on the employer ' s order for the benefit, direction and control of a natural person or legal person who is not employed. Special features of the regulation of workers ' work temporarily sent by the employer to other natural persons or legal persons under the employment contract in (staff) established by Chapter 53.1 of the present Code.
