Article 66. Workbook

The labour record is the basic document of the worker ' s work and length of service. The forms of workers ' records and their provision to employers are established by a federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation. The employer — natural persons other than individual entrepreneurs — keeps employment records for each worker who has worked for him or her for more than five days in the case of a job The employer is the principal employee (except if, according to this Codex, the employee ' s employment record is not kept under another federal law).
