Article 132: Pay for work
Each worker ' s salary depends on his or her qualifications, the complexity of the work to be performed, the quantity and quality of the work to be done, and the maximum amount is not limited, except in cases where: The Code prohibits any discrimination in the establishment and modification of conditions of remuneration.
