Article 163: Ensuring normal working conditions for meeting production standards
The employer is obliged to ensure the normal conditions for employees to comply with the production standards, such as: the proper condition of the premises, installations, machinery, technology equipment; timely provision of technical and other necessary documentation; adequate quality of materials, tools, other tools and items required for Work performed, provided to the worker in a timely manner; working conditions that meet the requirements of occupational health and safety.
