Article 171. Guarantees to employees elected to trade union bodies and labour disputes commissions
The guarantees of workers elected to trade union bodies who are not exempt from their duties and the dismissal of such workers shall be determined by the relevant sections of this Act. Members of labour disputes commissions are granted free time to participate in the work of the said commission, while maintaining the average wage. Article 373 of the present Code defines labour disputes commissions.
