Article 97: Work outside the established working hours
The employer has the right, in accordance with the procedure laid down in this Code, to employ an employee outside the working hours established for that employee in accordance with the provisions of this Code. with this Code, other federal laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation, collective agreement, agreements, local regulations, labour contract (hereinafter referred to as working hours): for overtime work (art. 99 of the present Code); if the employee is employed on an irregular working day (art. 101 of the present Code).
