Article 247. Obligation of the employer to determine the extent of the damage caused to him or her and the cause thereof
Before a decision is made on compensation to be paid by specific employees, the employer is obliged to carry out a check to determine the extent of the damage caused and the reasons for the damage. The employer has the right to set up a commission with the participation of relevant specialists. If an employee refuses to provide an explanation or fails to do so, an act shall be drawn up; the employee and (or) his/her representative shall have the right to consult all the materials. and inspection and appeal against them in accordance with the procedure established by this Code.
