Article 309. Documents confirming the period of employment of natural persons employers
An employer is a natural person who is an individual entrepreneur and is obliged to keep a work record for each worker in accordance with the procedure established by the Codes in other legal regulations. An employer is a natural person who is not an employee. An individual employer is not entitled to make records of employees ' labour records and to file employment records for first-time employees. The period of employment of such an employer is a written contract of employment.
