Article 379. Self-defence forms
For the purpose of self-defence of labour rights, an employee may refuse to perform a slave by notifying the employer or his direct manager or another employer representative in writing. you, not provided for in the employment contract, and to refuse to perform work that directly endangers his life and health, except as provided for in this Code; and At the time of refusal, the employee retains all the rights provided for in the labour laws and other acts containing labour law. The employee has the right to refuse to perform work in other cases provided for in this Code or other federal laws.
