Article 396. Enforcement of decisions on reinstatement
The decision to re-establish an illegally dismissed employee, to re-establish an employee who has been illegally transferred to another job, is immediately enforceable. e/ The employer of the execution of the decision shall make a determination that the employee will be paid for the duration of the delay in the execution of the decision or the difference in earnings.
