Article 34. Offices of guardianship and guardianship

1. The guardianship and guardianship authorities are the executive authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. On 8 August 2024, the Federal Act of 8 August, in force since 8 August 2024, gave them powers of guardianship and guardianship in accordance with federal laws.
