Article 161: Transactions in simple writing

1. must be done in simple writing, except for transactions requiring notary certification: (1) transactions of legal persons between themselves and with citizens; (2) transactions of nationals with each other; 2. Compliance with a simple written form is not required for transactions that are in accordance with a sushi. Article 159 of the present Code may be done orally.
