Article 163. National certificate of transaction

1. Notary certification of a transaction shall mean the verification of the legality of the transaction, including the right of each party to perform the transaction, and shall be performed by a notary or an official with rights 2. Notarial certification of transactions is mandatory: (1) in the cases specified in the Act; (2) In the cases provided for by the agreement of the parties, at least by law, this form was not required for transactions of this type. 3. If the notary certification of the transaction under paragraph 2 of the present article is not required for transactions of this type. Attica is mandatory and failure to comply with the notary form of the transaction makes it null and void.
