Article 215. Municipal property rights

1. Property owned by urban and rural settlements, as well as other municipalities, is municipal property. 3. Property held in municipal property is reserved for the municipality. 294.296. Local budget and other municipal property shall not be secured in accordance with this Code (arts. 294.296). Municipal enterprises and institutions constitute the municipal treasury of the respective urban, rural or other municipal entity.
