Article 228. Acquisition of the right of ownership of a finding

1. If within six months of the report of the finding to the police or local government (art. 227, para. 2), the person authorized to obtain the found property will not be identified or 2. If the person who has found it refuses to take possession of the property, he will not claim the right to the property of the person who found it, either to the police or to the local government body. To acquire the property found, it goes into municipal property.
