Article 442. Late receipt

In cases where the timely notification of the acceptance is received late, the acceptance shall not be considered to be late unless the party making the offer immediately notifies the other party of the receipt. If the party making the offer immediately informs the other party of its acceptance received late, the contract shall be deemed to be concluded.
