Article 548. Application of energy regulations to other treaties

1. The rules set out in articles 539 to 547 of the present Code shall apply to relations related to the supply of thermal energy through the connected network, unless otherwise established by law or by other means. 2. With regard to relations relating to the supply of gas, oil and petroleum products, water and other goods through the network, the rules on the energy contract (arts. 539-547) ) applies, unless otherwise provided by law, by other legal acts or is derived from the substance of the obligation.
