Article 650: Rental agreement for a building or structure

1. Under a lease agreement for a building or structure, the lessor undertakes to transfer the building or construction to the lessee for temporary possession and use or for temporary use. The regulations shall apply to the lease of an enterprise unless otherwise provided in the rules of this Code.
