Article 685: Recruiting accommodation

1. Under the contract, the employer shall, with the consent of the employer, transfer for a period the part or all of the space he has hired to use the lifter. 2. The employer who is responsible for the employment contract shall remain the employer. 3. The contract for the hiring of a dwelling shall be recompensable. 4. The contract for the hiring of a dwelling shall not be valid. 5. When the contract for the employment of a dwelling is terminated early, the contract for the hiring of a dwelling shall be terminated at the same time as the contract for the hiring of a dwelling. The rules on the preferential right to enter into a contract for a new term do not apply to the hiring of a dwelling.
