Article 734. Execution of work from the employer ' s material

If the work under the contract is performed from the employer ' s material, receipt or other document issued by the contractor to the employer at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the exact names shall be indicated. The assessment of the material in a receipt or other similar document may subsequently be challenged by the employer in court.
