Article 783: Legal regulation of a contract for the payment of services

General provisions on contracting (arts. 702-729) and on domestic contracting (arts. 730-739) apply to a contract for the payment of services, unless this is contrary to articles 779-782 of the present Code Exa, as well as the characteristics of the subject matter of the contract for the provision of services.
