Article 783.1 Speciality of the contract for the provision of information services

The contract by which the performing party undertakes to take action to provide certain information to the contracting authority (the contract for the provision of information services) may be precautionary. to the obligation of either or both parties not to commit, within a certain period of time, acts as a result of which the information may be disclosed to third parties.
