Article 785 Contract for the carriage of goods

1. Under the contract for the carriage of goods, the carrier undertakes to deliver the goods entrusted to him by the consignor to his destination and to deliver them to the person (recipient) entitled to receive the goods and the consignor to the obligation 2. The conclusion of the contract for the carriage of the goods shall be confirmed by the preparation and issuance to the consignor of the consignment note (consauration or other document) (i.e. the number of passengers per cargo provided for in the relevant transport code or code).
