Article 829: Subsequent assignment of monetary claim

If the monetary claim has been assigned to the financial agent (factor) for the purpose of acquiring the claim, the subsequent monetary claim has been assigned by the financial agent (factor) dop 2. If the monetary claim is assigned to a financial agent (factor) for the purpose of ensuring the performance of the customer ' s obligation to fi a nanoagent (factor) or for the purpose of providing the financial agent (factor) with services related to monetary claims that are the subject of the assignment, the subsequent assignment of the monetary claim 3. A subsequent assignment of a monetary claim by a financial agent (factor) shall apply accordingly. The provisions of this chapter.
