Article 860.4: Provision of bank secrecy information to the beneficiary of the nominal account contract

1. The beneficiary of the nominal account contract is entitled to require the bank to provide information constituting bank secrecy if such a right is granted to the beneficiary by the contract. The provision of a nominal account with the participation of the beneficiary is entitled to require the bank to provide information constituting bank secrecy.
